Flowers and balloons were on hand when NorthBay Health relaunched Urgent Care in Vacaville and Fairfield on March 4. Ending a partnership with Carbon Health has allowed NorthBay Health to control the patient experience, with the emphasis on convenience, accessibility, customer service and excellent care. The locations will be open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily, with reduced hours on some holidays. Walk-ins will be welcome and accommodated.
