NorthBay Health Welcomes Several New Physicians to its Specialty and Primary Care Offices

Clayton Chen M.D.Clayton Chen, M.D., is a radiation oncologist with NorthBay Health’s Cancer Center. He comes to NorthBay from David Grant Medical Center, where he was chief radiation oncologist. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia, and his transitional internship at Riverside Regional Medical Center in Newport News, Virginia.

Javed (Jay) Nasir, M.D.Javed (Jay) Nasir, M.D., is a cardiac electrophysiologist who comes to NorthBay from Mercy Medical Center in Redding, where he was director of cardiac electrophysiology. Prior to that he was director of the device clinic at David Grant Medical Center and chief of its electrophysiology program. He earned his medical degree from the U.S. Air Force’s Uniformed Services University of the Health Services at Wilford Hall Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas, and he is fellowship trained in clinical cardiac electrophysiology from Stanford University.

Denise Veloria, D.O.Denise Veloria, D.O., is an obstetrician/ gynecologist who comes to NorthBay from Sutter Medical Group. She earned her doctor of osteopathic medicine from Rocky Vista University in Colorado and did her post-graduate residency education at Sunrise Health GME Consortium in Nevada and at Hackensack UMC Palisades in New Jersey.
