The NorthBay Adult Day Center, which serves Alzheimer’s and dementia clients, has moved into renovated facilities at 3777 VacaValley Parkway.
The move was necessary due to construction at the NorthBay VacaValley Hospital campus, where a new NorthBay Cancer Center and innovative medical fitness center will be built. The center will also house NorthBay’s diabetes and endocrinology program, and a new imaging center.
The new Adult Day Center has a bit more room than its previous site, and continues to provide an outdoor area with a covered patio. All of the current programming, entertainment and activities have resumed at the new site, according to Sandy Perez (right), manager of the center. “That’s important for our families.”
